Repairs and Returns
If your shiny soldier brakes or bends in a way that it’s not wearable anymore please let us know immediately. We operate a 30 days warranty and will replace your soldier if you’ve informed us within this term.
After 30 days of purchase we are happy to repair your jewelry for a service charge. We are not responsible for shipping and customs charges on repairs.
If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return the jewelry in its original, unworn condition within 14 days. You will receive a Monocrafft shopping credit for the amount of the returned jewelry excl. any shipping costs.
Please contact us first for replacement, repair or return authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
- Monocrafft invoice
- Photo’s of the damage in case of broken or heavily damaged soldiers
After we approve the replacement or repair we’ll send you a Monocrafft return form and if necessary the invoice for the repair and shipping costs. By completing the form and following the instructions in our e-mail you should have your soldier back alive and kicking before you know it.
All the above refers to soldiers purchased through www.monocrafft.com only and we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

While quality is one of our foremost priorities, small imperfections or ‘beauty spots’ as we like to call it, are intentional and only add character and uniqueness to each piece. Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under all circumstances.
